What do I need to do to get physical therapy services?
You need to obtain a prescription from your physician for physical therapy. This must have a diagnosis with the frequency or number of visits.

I have a prescription for PT but it has another clinic's name on it. Can I still use it at MIHP?
What insurance does MIHP accept?
BCBS, PPOM, Medicare, United Health Care, M-Care PPO, Auto Claims and Work Comp Claims, HAP HMO, HAP PPO. If you are unsure whether we accept your insurance, feel free to call us at (248)269-0230.
How long do the sessions last?

The staff of MIHP is comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds and rich skill sets in physical therapy, strength and conditioning, exercise physiology, biomedical engineering, professional running, and business finance. It is our goal to enhance community awareness of health, fitness and injury prevention practices, to invest in ongoing research for the prevention of athletic injuries and to assist individuals in realizing a lifetime of athletic participation.
